Course Purpose

To provide a working knowledge of the ISO 9000 series and to show the need for clear leadership throughout the ISO 9000 implementation effort.

Course Description

Excel Partnership’s Executive Overview helps management to identify the relationship between ISO 9001:2000 and business issues. Two Day Course

This seven-hour class teaches students the competencies needed to conduct quality system audits and perform related tasks in a highly competent and proficient manner. In the same sense that a company must operate with sound financial controls and strict auditing principles, it is essential for any company concerned about its products and services as well as customer satisfaction and process operation to apply similar controls and requirements to its quality management system.

In order to comply with the requirements of Paragraph 8.2.2 of ISO 9000:2000, it is mandatory that companies have an adequate number of properly trained auditors to conduct internal audits on a regular basis.

Possessing such an in-house trained staff will prove to be very cost effective in terms of auditing consistency, product and service quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
